A propos de cet article

Title: Philosophie de la nature de Hegel. Traduite pour la premiere fois et accompagnee d'une introduction et d'un commentary perpetuel par A. Vera (Complete 3-Volume Set, 1863) Octavo (13 x 21 cm). Complete set in three volumes. Text entirely in French. Published in Paris by Librairie Philosophique de Ladrange, 1863. The definitive and highly important French translation and commentary of Hegel's Philosophy of Nature by the renowned Hegelian philosopher Augusto Vera. Vol 1: 628 pages. Vol 2: 440 pages. Vol 3: 574 pages. Binding: Uniform contemporary period hardcover bindings. Structurally sound and firm on shelves. Condition: Fair / Reading Copy. PLEASE NOTE: Volume 1 is missing the main title page, starting directly with the text block/preface. Aside from this notable defect, all three volumes are structurally intact, firmly bound, and complete in text. The text blocks are clean with light, uniform natural age-toning and occasional light historic foxing typical for French paper of the 1860s. Covers show minor vintage shelf wear to edges and corners. A scarce and essential academic reference set for universities, libraries, and researchers of Hegelian philosophy and 19th-century intellectual history, priced accordingly due to the missing title page.…
