A propos de cet article

viii+242 pages with diagrams and indexes. Royal octavo (8 1/4" x 5 3/4") bound in original publisher's pictorial wrappers. Second edition. The King's Indian Defence is a common chess opening. If White resolves the central pawn tension with d5, then Black follows with either .b5 and queenside play, or .f5 and an eventual kingside attack. Meanwhile, White attempts to expand on the opposite wing. The resulting unbalanced positions offer scope for both sides to play for a win. Condition: Corners bumped else near fine.…
