Very small tear to front panel, writing in pen to front, minor chipping to spine ends, light creasing. Regarded as the 'Father of British Studio Pottery', Bernard Leach saw pottery as a combination of art, philosophy, design and craft; The Potter's Book defined his craft philosophy and techniques, and was the breakthrough to his recognition.
