À propos de l'auteur: Phil spent decades writing software for various platforms before focusing on the web. And since then he has worked on sites for companies large and small. These include Microsoft Research and Wells Fargo bank. And he's worked on projects for government departments, such as the Bureau of Land Management and the FBI. He's now an independent contractor designing and developing web sites, and lives in Washington State.
