If any part of your order is faulty, please phone or email us the details and we will arrange for either a replacement or a refund to your account.
If you are not satisfied with your books, please return them within 15 days of receipt to the address above, and we will send a full refund or replacement.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Orders overseas may require extra costs to which we will notify you. Payments accepted in Pounds Sterling by cheque, bank transfer, money order, or traveller's cheque.Please don't hesitate to contact us.
