Ahmet Yayla is an associate professor in the administrative law department at the University of Bahçeşehir. He teaches administrative law and administrative procedure law. His interests include artificial intelligence law, liability of administration law and energy law.

Nihal Özkardeş is a research assistant in the administrative law department at the University of Bahçeşehir. Her interests include independent regulatory authorities law, competition law and state aid law.
