The entire premise of the book is that we are here for one reason and one reason only and that is to learn, grow and develop ourselves. It is this continuous process that creates most of the challenges and opportunities in our lives. I like to say our lives our always in motion either spiraling up or spiraling down Once you really understand everything that happens in your life is connected to your lessons and growth, you can see your life from a totally new (and healthier) perspective.

By working through each step leads you closer to not only external success (how most people define success) but true inner success (which is where joy, happiness and a sense of fulfillment really comes from).

• Accept Yourself – Unfortunately nothing works in your life if you don’t accept and love yourself. Outer success will feel hollow and inner success is impossible to achieve unless you get this first key step.

• Manage Your Ego – The easiest way to stop your success in its tracks is to let your ego get in the way. Trust me everyone has an ego that needs to be managed. I show you how to detect when you are coming from ego and how to fix it. As you get your ego under control, you will find much more happiness in your life. Otherwise your ego will destroy any success that you experience so let’s make sure that does not happen to you.

• Get Clear – Unless you have clarity on what direction you are going, I assure you that it will be very challenging to get there. Getting clear may sound simple, but there are many roadblocks that can get in your way. I will help you remove those roadblocks and help you discover what you should be doing to achieve success in your life. You will walk away from this a specific plan on how to realize your dreams.

• Take Action – It is near impossible to experience success in your life if you don’t take action towards it. I explore with you all the obstacles that get in the way of you taking action and give you the tools to overcome these challenges.
