When puppies get together, there's sure to be some mischief...and fun! These twelve puppy-dog tales introduce some of the fine, upstanding citizens of Houndsville - including Mr Bones the Baker, Mrs Trot the Toy Seller and Mr Woof the Watchmaker - and one or two rascals as well. You can find out what happened to Duchess Dulay's diamond bracelet, and why Sir Woofington Paws was so pleased to meet a thief in his house. Children will love the beautifully detailed artwork in this tail-wagging collection. And if you look very carefully, you may discover the bones that those pesky pups have buried on every page. Have you ever visited the happy town of Houndsville? No? Well, it is home to the finest pack of dogs you could ever hope to meet - and some of the naughtiest puppies, too! Here you will encounter Houndsville's most famous citizens. Look out for Dasher the Delivery Dog, Mr Wag the Window Cleaner, and many others. There is always something going on in Houndsville. Was Mr Terrier the Teacher really attacked by an alien life form? Why is Mrs Gruff the Grocer feeling so tired these days? You will soon know the answers to all these questions...
