À propos des auteurs: Sumita Dutta (MSysPsych) is a systemic psychotherapist and supervisor. She is the Chair for graduate courses in Systemic Psychotherapy at the Institute of Family Therapy. Sumita works at a London child and adolescent mental health service, and at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. She has published a number of papers on training and supervision.

Reenee Singh (DSysPsych) is a consultant systemic psychotherapist and research specialist at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. She is the co-organizing tutor of the Masters in Systemic Psychotherapy. Reenee was the Founding Director of the Centre for Cross-Cultural Studies at the Institute of Family Therapy. She is the Associate Editor of Qualitative Research for the 'Journal of Family Therapy' and has written and published extensively in the areas of culture, training, and family therapy.
