He holds faculty positions at Harvard and Northeastern Universities.

Kate Greene is an essayist, journalist, poet, and former laser physicist based in San Francisco. Her work has appeared in Harvard Review, Slate, Discover, The Economist, and the New Yorker, among other publications.
