Sarah C. Stockham was born and raised in a Christian home in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She later trained at Christian institutions and spent many years in music ministry. She holds a master’s degree in education and is currently the music director for more than four hundred elementary school students.

Stockham has complemented the faith of her childhood with her training in several lineages of Reiki—including Usui / Holy Fire ll Reiki under the tutelage of expert and teacher William Lee Rand. Stockham is a member of the ICRT Reiki Membership Association, teaches all levels of Reiki, and oversees Reiki sessions through Reiki Claremont.

Stockham and her husband and daughter live in Southern California. Reiki and Christian Beliefs: Where Do They Intersect? is the first in a series of books on Reiki.
