Roger Cusa is an international marketing executive and author of the book Reinventing the Egg - To Win the Game is to Change It. Roger believes the key to growing and innovating successful businesses isn’t about incremental ideas or doing something slightly better; it’s about reinvention. Roger has spent over fifteen years launching and managing global brands in the QSR industry and in FMCG multinationals such as Subway, Burger King, Ferrero Group, Mapa Spontex, and Flamagas. As an entrepreneur, he founded and managed the digital and branding agency Episodius. In 2011, he published the book Crea Tu Proyecto Tube (Lid Editorial), which established the foundations of YouTube and online video as a strategic marketing tool for brands. His writing and work on marketing have appeared in Entrepreneur, The Food and Drink Innovation Network, Marketing Week, International Digital Content Forum, Quick Service Restaurant Media, Campaign, The Grocer, La Vanguardia, El Economista, Emprendedores, La Información, Telecinco, TVE, and Antena 3. Cusa holds an international MBA from IE Business School with a Fellow Award in marketing, a master’s degree in marketing with distinction and first-class honors from the University of California at Berkeley, and an executive diploma in strategic marketing and technology from Stanford University.
