À propos de l'auteur: Wayne P. Te Brake is Professor Emeritus of History at Purchase College, State University of New York. He has published broadly comparative work on the themes of revolution, contentious politics, and religious coexistence in early modern Europe, including Shaping History: Ordinary People in European Politics, 1500-1700 (1998) and Religious War and Religious Peace in Early Modern Europe (2017).
