Quarto (10-1/2" x 8-1/2'). Recent period-style calf, endpapers renewed. Light fading to spine, minor wear to spine ends. Moderate toning to interior, light foxing in a few places, negligible faint dampstaining to preliminaries, library marking to verso of title page, small library stamp to following leaf. $450. * Only edition. Bridgeman says Caldecott was "peculiarly conversant" with settlement cases. His collection of reports was produced as a continuation of Sir James Burrow's Decisions of the Court of King's Bench, Upon Settlement-Cases, which covered the years 1732 to 1776.
