She earned her PhD in management sciences from Hassan II University, with research centered on organizational control systems for CSR strategy implementation and global performance monitoring. Prior to her academic career, she held executive roles in finance and management control within major urban transport operations in Morocco. She possesses a deep understanding of the complex dynamics shaping contemporary business environments. Dr. Benatiya Andaloussi's research explores the intersection of technological innovation, supply chain resilience, and sustainable development. She is the editor of two collective volumes about Supply chain and sustainable development and serves on the editorial boards of several academic journals. She actively contributes to elucidating the synergies between digital innovation, supply chain optimization, and sustainable practices.
