À propos de l?auteur: The Author obtained PhD in Public Health,MA in Regional and Local Development Studies,Senior Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology & BA in Sociology and Social Administration.He served as a Lecturer,Assistant Dean & as an Academic Program Coordinator.At present he is serving as an Assistant Professor and Department Head,Addis Ababa University.
