A propos de cet article

1991 signed and inscribed first edition, Carroll and Graf Publishers (New York), 6 1/8 x 9 1/4 inches tall hardcover in publisher's unclipped dust jacket, white paper-covered boards over red cloth spine, gilt lettering to spine, illustrated with black-and-white photographs, 334 pp. Nicely inscribed ('I hope you still like me after reading my book.
