À propos de l?auteur: Jackie has spent the last 2 decades working in and with the recruitment industry and believes passionately in its value and in the service recruiters can offer. ‘Falling’ into her recruitment career in 1998, she worked operationally as a Recruitment Consultant, before progressing into roles such as Account Manager and Branch Manager. Finally she moved into learning and development to support the growth of others and equip them with the tools for success. She launched her own business, Runway Global Ltd, at the beginning of 2014. She now works internationally supporting both consultants and managers in perfecting the art of sales, service and personal effectiveness through her training, coaching and public speaking work. Amongst other things, she is a certified NLP Trainer and MBTI Practitioner and enjoys her own continuous development journey, believing “every day is a school day”. On the rare occasions when she isn’t working, Jackie enjoys relaxing in her countryside home in England, which she shares with her wife Shar and their Cockerpoo 'fluffball', Barnaby.
