This book explores the evolution in the diagnosis and treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea(OSA). To clarify the drawbacks of traditional treatments for OSA. To unveil the advantages in state-of-the-art annotation for diagnosis (cardiopulmonary couping, ultrasound, interventional DISE) and treatment (i-NAP) of OSA. To reveal the clinical application and outcomes of integrated conservative treatment (mouth taping, lateral sleep pillow, myofunctional therapy, GLP1-weight reduction).
