A pamphlet reprinting an address by segregationist judge Tom P. Brady before the Commonwealth Club, in which he describes the various reasons why integration must be resisted. These include the "numerical strength of the Negro" in the South and the threat to white political dominance, as well as the intellectual and moral deficiencies of blacks. He then describes the importance of the Citizens' Councils and discusses the Communist-led drive for amalgamation.
