Have you ever felt as though you were living two lives?

One that everyone sees…
And one happening in your mind…

So did Megan Weisheipl. She seemingly had it all: a successful career, a happy marriage, and two wonderful children. Yet, she felt unfulfilled, unhappy—and she couldn’t figure out why. Until her husband asked during an argument, “Why do you act like that?”

This pivotal moment created a wave of changes. Megan stopped looking outside herself and carved out time to understand herself and why she reacted the way she did. From this came The Selfish Hour and a determination to redefine the word selfish.

Using humor, grace, and vulnerability, Megan shares how her childhood created a lens through which she viewed a life fueled by anxiety, expectations, family dysfunction, and alcohol. By shifting her thoughts, she completely transformed her entire life...and it all began with one hour a day…The Selfish Hour.

After thirteen seemingly successful years climbing the corporate ladder, Megan Weisheipl realized her ladder was leaning on the wrong building. She took a risk, becoming a corporate refugee and launching a coaching business. She became a Certified Life Coach and the Director of Coaching for Your Virtual Upline. Megan helps women transform their lives by simply transforming their thoughts. Through coaching and speaking she guides women to step into their greatness. Megan focuses on releasing the self-imposed obligation to people-please and overcoming imposter syndrome by creating confidence in being the authentic YOU. Megan lives in East Norriton, PA, with her husband, Nick, and their two spunky daughters, Codi and Devney. She loves a good cup of coffee, laughing until it hurts, Friends re-runs, and beginning her day on the Peloton.
