For many years the CIA has had assets in the field who were dispatched to fight terrorists using unique combat skills to conduct clandestine missions. These warriors traditionally operated from the shadows and were trained to do things most other branches of the military were not capable of. Wayne Williams grew up in Montana farm country. He became a skilled hunter for deer and elk as a young child and was also an athlete throughout high school where he became exceptionally physical fit and also excelled in martial arts. As a teenager, he was credited with shooting a deer at over 500 yards . running at about 15 miles per hour . with a 30-06 rifle and scope. After his sister, Carol, was murdered, and her killer escaped justice because of a technicality, his personality changed. He first joined the Marines and advanced in every military discipline. He was then noticed by CIA leadership and brought into a Special Operations Group where he received advanced training in everything from Special Forces Sniper Courses (SFSC) to the use of explosives, survival techniques, counterintelligence, and camouflage. After being asked to assist MI6 on an operation in England, he was approached by a wealthy member of the British Parliament whose wife and son were murdered to join him in finding their killer as well as some of the worst terrorist, murderers, and drug lords in the world to use his skills to also kill them.
