She took the job. Then she took her place. Now the lake is waiting.

When Emma accepts a live-in nanny position at a remote lake house, she’s just trying to survive. But the silence is too deep, the child too knowing, and the widowed father… too familiar.

The photos on the walls are scratched out. The red room is locked. And the stories whispered at night all end the same:
“She went in the lake. After she remembered.”

As Emma’s reality begins to blur, she finds herself caught in a century-old pattern of women who all look just like her—women who vanish when they begin to question who they really are.

To save herself and the child, Emma must face what lies beneath the surface—not just in the lake, but in her own past.

Her Silence is a chilling domestic psychological thriller packed with haunting twists, gaslighting, generational trauma, and one unforgettable ending.
