This research study undertakes an in-depth examination and analysis of the changes, comparisons, authenticity, and relevance of the transformations executed in selected classical literature into OTT series. The emphasis is on four specific works: "A Suitable Boy" by Vikram Seth; "Sacred Games" by Vikram Chandra; "Leila" by Prayaag Akbar, and "Grahan" by Satya Vyas. The study delves into the adaptations of these classical literary works into OTT (Over-The-Top) series, aiming to explore how the original texts have been translated and represented in the digital medium. By analyzing the manipulation of these selected works in their transition to OTT series, the study endeavors to uncover the extent to which changes have been made, how these changes are compared to the original texts, and the authenticity of the adaptations in capturing the essence of the literary works. Furthermore, the research examines the relevance of these adaptations in the current digital landscape and their impact on audiences.
