But Hardingtown is far from normal--it's the unofficial Dodgeball Capital of the World and everyone is completely obsessed. Soon Phillip is ducking screamers and dodging the dodgeball bully. But after a particularly vicious game, Phillip takes the bully to court to pay for his busted glasses--and ends up battling the whole dodgeball-crazed town!
