He also coordinated Rev. Jesse Jackson's PUSH FOR EXCELLENCE initiative. Beyond education, Malcolm is a committed community leader, serving as President of the Shepherd Community Action Council, where he organizes beautification projects and cultural activities. Though unpublished, his writing and leadership continue to inspire. Malcolm's story is one of resilience, purpose, and a lifelong dedication to empowering others.
