She was married to Normand Fontaine for fifty-three years, has seven children, some wonderful sons and daughters-in-love, fourteen grandchildren and two great-granddaughters. My Sunday with Normand is a selection of the poems written by Adèle every Sunday morning since her husband of 53 years passed away — a ritual that began as a way to process loss, and transformed into a true celebration of the enormous life and love they shared.
