'Am I losing my mind? Why am I so uptight? Why can I never make up my mind? Am I losing it? I'm confused and scared. What's going on with my life? I'm tired of drama, tired of thinking. Am I thinking too much?" If you've sought out this book, or if it appeared interesting to you on the shelf somewhere, there is a God whose hand does not tremble as He holds the world in place. He has placed this book in your hands so that you might be built on a sure foundation, an unshakeable Rock. This book is a book of real life, difficult situations, and harsh pain. Everyone grasps at what they believe to be sure, but nothing ever seems to break us from the cycles we've found ourselves in. We land in the same hurt, over and over. Nothing we've found is strong enough to pull us out of our dysfunction for good. Keep reading, and you'll see that there is only One who can do that. He's prepared to build you up on the only good foundation if you're willing to work alongside Him. Are you ready? Authors, Rainier Camina and Jaylin Cabales, have put together a thoughtful book from a Christian perspective that challenges the way we think, feel, and behave. They have captured what Cognitive/Behavioral therapy has been touting for years, namely, that we are the product of how we think. This perspective is backed up by what the Bible tells us about our thinking processes: "For as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." (Prov. 23:7a). I encourage you to allow God to speak to your heart as you apply the principles set forth in this timely book. Dr. Don Knoblich, Clinical Psychologist
