Cloth is worn at the corners, upper left corner lighter, tears tail of spine. Pen name inside front cover, foxed prelims and some on the interior, appears to be signed by the author on copyright page, first page after text, probably part an ad for Hotel Royal Des Etrangers, has been removed, three maps supposed to be in rear pocket not present. Uncommon. All orders packed with care, most dust jackets protected by Brodart sleeve, independent bookseller since 2011.
