A propos de cet article

The second edition of this manual is designed to help the reader match their training activity with the needs of their organization and the people in it. It contains 22 re-usable instruments on relevant issues. The first part of the book looks at what is involved in identifying and analyzing training needs. It reviews the different types of information the instruments will generate and provides guidance on deciding how training needs can best be met. We give people around the world the opportunity to contribute to the circular economy, earn money and protect the planet, by trading their unwanted books and media. - Shopiago: Through Shopiago, we help others. By sharing the technology that has grown World of Books Group into the business it is today, we’re helping charities increase revenue and reduce waste through re-commerce.…
