Hardcover. Etat : Fine. BOOK DESCRIPTION: 16mo, xl, 264 pgs, list of Lakeside Classics titles, index, map frontis, other illustrations. CONDITION DESCRIPTION: Fine in BLUE CLOTH. Only the most minor rubbing on edges. Interior is tight and clean. CONTENTS DESCRIPTION: It's not called a "Classic" for nothing. Gettysburg has always been a special place for me. On a clear, warm, sunny day in July, 1963, I saw my father fall under the shade of a massive shade tree as the Union Regiments and troopers held off the charge of rebels under the command of Gen. George Pickett. His "resting place" was comfortable and gave him a great view of the rest of the reenactment battle. Great book, Great condition. Would be welcome in any Lakeside Classic collection.
