À propos de l?auteur: Mark Miller is former Vice President of High Performance Leadership at Chick-fil-A, Inc., a Wall Street Journal and international bestselling author, and a dynamic, highly sought-after communicator. His Chick-fil-A career spanned almost 45 years, beginning as an hourly team member in one of the chain’s local restaurants. Shortly thereafter, he became the sixteenth corporate employee when he went to work in the company’s warehouse and mailroom. He served in Corporate Communications, Quality & Customer Satisfaction, Restaurant Operations, Training & Development, Leadership Development, and more.
