À propos de l'auteur: Born and raised in Hong Kong by parents from mainland China, the author was educated at La Salle College, an English Catholic school. The author graduated from McMaster University in Canada with a degree in engineering and became a Canadian citizen. By a twist of fate, he entered broadcasting and established Canada's first national Chinese language television station. He later worked in China for two decades in the broadcast and telecommunications technologies industry, witnessing the country's meteoric rise.
