Andre Milchman, a hands-on enterprise and software architect, boasts a diverse professional background. His journey began in civil engineering, where he honed his skills as a construction engineer in the dynamic oil and gas industry. Like many of his peers in the 1990s, Andre transitioned into the burgeoning field of computer science, earning a degree that paved the way for his certification as a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect. In Canada, Andre has made significant contributions as a software professional and technology researcher. His passion lies in systems thinking, sociotechnical systems architecture, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence. This passion is evident in his written works, which include Enterprise Architecture Reimagined: A Concise Guide to Constructing an Artificially Intelligent Enterprise, The Triadic Evolution: Reimagine Tomorrow's Sociotechnical World, and AI Safety and Security: Architectural Context, Perspectives, and Insights. Andre's collaborative spirit shines through in his co-authored works with Noah Fang, Prescriptive Analytics: A Short Introduction to Counterintuitive Intelligence, and The Transformable Enterprise: Enterprise Architecture in a New Key. We ask all customers to contact us for authorisation should they wish to return their order. Orders returned without authorisation may not be credited.
If you wish to return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain authorisation.
Returns requested beyond this time will not be authorised.
Our team will provide full instructions on how to return your order and once received our returns department will process your refund.
Please note the cost to return any unwanted order to us is borne by the buyer.
