"Not to be taken from committee room" printed on front label. Obviously, someone didn't play by the rules. Good, tight contents w/o extraneous marks but with some foxing; page edges very uneven, and those edges that stick out are age-soiled. Front cover detached but present; back cover nearly detached; spine worn.
