Octavo, pp., vii, [1] blank verso, 305, [1] imprint, [2] publisher's advertisements, plus frontispiece portrait after an etching by Augustus John, three further illustrations by Edmund Dulac within text. Publisher's original black cloth, titled in gilt to spine, in the original unclipped buff dust-wrapper, printed in black. Small, neat ownership inscription of one 'GS Ivy' in ink to front free end-paper. Toning to inner edge of upper panel, light scuffs to spine-panel of jacket, and light wear to jacket extremities.
