A funny, upbeat, and semi-autobiographical tale of Thomas Caesar’s journey as an unathletic man who joins a hardcore gym. At first the muscular bodybuilders, model-like jocks, and big-haired, busty women intimidate the shy and awkward Thomas. But he perseveres in his desperate effort to improve his physique. Along the way we meet a handful of colorful, memorable characters in Thomas's world. Thomas shows that true strength is in character, not in physical strength.

That Warrior combines witty prose with screenplay-style dialogue. With its short chapters, fast reading, and clever humor, non-book readers will especially enjoy this story. If you like stories of seekers, tales of togetherness, and words that will make you laugh and warm your heart, then you will love Thomas M. Caesar’s enlightening and sentimental novel.
