We are happy to refund orders in full if notified prior to shipment. For orders cancelled after dispatch, please contact us at sales@watermarkpublications.com, all efforts will be made to refund you in full once goods are received back with us and in good order. We aim to dispatch books within 2 to 4 working days, any delay to this will be advised to the buyer. Please provide a full delivery address as many carrier do not accept a PO Box address.

We use only recognised carriers. Deliveries to private addresses in Norway, Sweden and Finland may require collection from your local post office - this does not apply to Inside Track volumes and GTO64 which are delivered directly.

Your order does not include local customs duties and sales taxes. These are paid by the buyer at the point of delivery.
