À propos de l’auteur
Malcolm Fletcher is the founder of Streamline Meditation and has over 50 years of dedicated practice. Throughout his spiritual journey, he was an instructor of Transcendental Meditation under Maharishi Mahesh Yogi before his personal experiences led him away from repetitive mantras toward a more natural path. Fletcher maintains that meditation is not a "skill" to be passed on but a state to be lived. His approach seeks to transcend the limitations of conventional systems by allowing meditation to unfold naturally without the "blocks" created by making choices or following rigid methods.
