In this book I share my why and new found identity of who I am now and how I got here. I've never told anyone the private details of my life because I was afraid to. I've finally found the strength to tell my compelling story survival story, provide personal insight into the barrie of leaving an abuser and start the healing process. It took me time to get where I am now, emotionally strong and able to tell my story. As a mother of four children and a survivor I learn to love, respect and put myself first.

The journey may have been a long road, but I have arrived! This book is a memoir sharing my personal experience of domestic violence, and provides awareness to those in need of inspiration and hope that may be currently trapped in an abusive cycle.
