À propos de l'auteur: Julie Chamberlain, born in 1978, is an assistant professor in urban and inner-city studies at the University of Winnipeg, Canada. She did her doctorate at York University, Canada. Her research focuses on anti-racist and decolonizing approaches to urban and community development and planning, and on how residents of stigmatized neighbourhoods in Germany and Canada experience planning processes.
