This beautifully designed journal is the ultimate workbook for Witches, Pagans, Spiritual Healers, or Wiccans. Containing over 500 pages, this book has been divided into 12 sections for tracking your spiritual work. Making consistent notes provides a reference point not only for the work itself, but also your own progress and development.

Sections:

Card Reading - Each page is designed to document a three card draw, with spaces to write or sketch the cards drawn, the date, time, the deck you're using whether it be tarot or oracle cards, keywords that come up in the reading, your feelings, and your interpretation.

Dream Journal - In this section, each page provides lines for you to document the date and time, your thoughts and feelings before sleep, any symbols or people seen in the dream, as well as space to write about the dream itself and your interpretation.

Spirit Guides - Use the pages provided here as a journal of your communication with your spirit guides. Lines prompt you to record the date, time, location, and the spirit guide contacted. There is space to write or draw any signs or symbols seen, and plenty of lines to record the information received and your reflection upon the communication.

Rune Casting - Laid out similarly to the three card draw, there is space to write or sketch the runes drawn, and lines to record the rune names, meanings, your interpretation, and other notes.

Sigils - The pages in this section provide a useful tool for creating your own sigils. With step-by-step instructions, space to write, charts to assign numbers and map out your sigil, and lines to make notes at the end, each page is a handy worksheet for creating your own powerful sigils.

Pendulum Reading - The center of each page contains a printed pendulum board for your work with the pendulum of your choosing. Lines above and below the board provide space for documenting the date, time, pendulum used, questions asked, and answers received.

Scrying - There are many methods of scrying, and these pages allow you to easily record the method you use, along with the questions asked, your interpretation, and space to draw or write any images seen.

Astral Projection - Did you use anything to aid yourself while astral projecting? Where did you go? What did you see? What did you experience? The lines on these pages provide plenty of space to keep track of all of this information and more.

Palmistry - Here you can record your work while reading palms. Each page holds space for two palm readings where you can note the person's name, the date, and what you find while interpreting the lines of their hand.

Shadow Work - This section contains questions to help you reflect on your shadow self, the darker aspects of your life. Each page has unique questions to help you delve into these aspects and reflect on how you might heal from them.

Spells - Record your spell work here. The moon phase, tools, ingredients, incantations, and more are all useful pieces of information while working and these pages provide all the space you need for doing so.

Notes - The final section is made up of pages of lined paper with a beautiful decorative triple moon illustration at the top. Here you can write any other notes or pieces of information to help you keep track of your spiritual work.

Each section contains at least 40 pages (20 spreads) with an additional page for notes at the end of each chapter. 512 pages total, 8.5 x 11 inch, cream colored paper, perfect bound, with a glossy cover make this book truly magical to work with.
