No Edition Stated. No dust jacket. Red cloth with gilt decorations and lettering. Vol. II. Gilt text block edges. Black and white and colour illustrations and photographs throughout. Pagination starts at page 449 and ends at page 911. Pages are lightly tanned at the edges, with light foxing. Mild cracking towards the rear hinge, with pages 899-900 loose towards the bottom edge. Binding throughout has remains firm. Water staining with red marks to edges of pages. Text is unaffected. Boards have slight shelf wear with bumping to corners. Spine ends are a little crushed with light tanning. Small splits to spine ends with slight fraying. Small water mark to front board; heavier to rear board with scuffing.
