John Stepper’s job is to make work more effective and fulfilling at a large global bank. There, he introduced a social collaboration platform and, by applying the ideas in Working Out Loud, helped form a social network used regularly by more than 60,000 people. His first book, Successful Reengineering, was about making work better at AT&T Bell Labs based on a holistic approach he co-developed there.
