Addison and Steele founded several publications during their friendship, including the literary and social journal "Tatler", which published from 1709 to 1711.John Baskerville was an important and pioneering printer and type designer who invented 'wove paper'. In a rebacked full calf binding. Externally, generally smart, with light rubbing and marks to the boards. Hinges are starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound.
