SS Paris French Line is a 1921 vintage French sectional view cutaway leporello designed by Albert Sebille Compagnie Generale Transatlantique French Line Vue interieure du Paquebot Paris original vintage French color cutaway brochure from 1921 The SS Paris was a French ocean liner built in Saint Nazaire France for the Compagnie G n rale Transatlantique The French Line s Paris was built by Chantiers de l Atlantique of St Nazaire Although Paris was laid down in 1913 her launching was delayed until 1916 and she was not completed until 1921 due to World War I When Paris was finally completed she was the largest liner under the French flag at 34 569 tons This is a beautiful pre maiden voyage full color cutaway of the SS France by Albert Sebille in 1921 The French Line was always known for their liner cutaways and Albert Sebille artwork is the most highly prized Folded the brochure measures 7 25 wide by 10 00 high Unfolded the 6 panel cutaway measures 45 5 wide by 15 25 high The cutaway has numbers which correspond to the legend identifying each room or compartment The condition is very good and the colors are bright The cutaway is fully intact with no stains or marks There are a couple of very minor seam splits near the edges but the document is fully intact The outer cover has light wear to the edges and corners and one small surface tear on the back visible in the last picture This is a very rare cutaway in any condition.
