Jody Byrne

Jody Byrne has been a professional technical translator since 1997 and has taught German and Spanish translation, translation technology and localization at Dublin City University and the University of Sheffield. He holds a BA in translation and a PhD in technical translation. He has published widely on technical translation, professional communication and usability and has given numerous guest lectures. Jody is a professional member of the Irish Translators' & Interpreters' Association and a fellow of the Institute of Scientific & Technical Communicators.
