Penelope Marzec

It’s a good thing Penelope Marzec was born in the Garden State where there are many historical sites to visit. She often gets story ideas touring those areas. While she loves to study the past, she also enjoys a good romance. She started reading romances as a teenager and became hopelessly hooked on happy endings.

She grew up along the shore of Raritan Bay, became an early childhood educator, and married an electrical engineer from Brooklyn with an accordion obsession. Together they raised three daughters who were all required to take music lessons.

Now retired, she writes romances in several subgenres but she usually tosses a bit of history into her stories. She paints seascapes in oils when she’s not writing. Now and then she sings while hubby plays the accordion.
