Jan Vermeiren

Jan Vermeiren (Oct. 15, 1974, Belgium) is the founder of The Compassionate Leader. This organization's mission is: creating the space for an inspiring vibe.

He is the author of four books: Let's Connect!, How to REALLY use LinkedIn, Life is a Game and The Compassionate Leader.

Jan became famous because of his international best selling books “Let’s Connect!” and “How to REALLY use LinkedIn”. With “Let’s Connect!” Jan was the first Belgian author of a book that ended in the top 10 books in the marketing and management category on Amazon. With “How to REALLY use LinkedIn” he did the same, but also reached the overall position on the leading Dutch website Managementboek.nl

Like a reviewer of “Life is a Game!” wrote so beautifully: Jan translates high-in-the-sky concepts into down-to-earth practical and easy-to-apply tips.

Jan has worked for more than 450 organizations all over the world including large multinational companies like Alcatel, Deloitte, IBM, ING, Nike, Orange, Philips, Rabobank, Siemens and local companies.
