Dr. Debra Ford MSc.D

Dr. Debra Ford, MSc.D is an author, teacher, and creator of SolePath, a framework for understanding the natural patterns that shape how people experience themselves, relationships, work, and everyday life.

For more than thirty years, her work has explored a simple question: what becomes possible when we understand who we are more clearly, rather than trying to become someone else?

Her definitive SolePath work is the two-volume BELONGING & BECOMING series. BELONGING explores the gifts, contribution, and natural place each person brings to the world. BECOMING follows those same patterns into lived experience — relationships, work, growth, change, and the choices of everyday life.

Her SolePath for Everyday Life books offer accessible ways into the work, while her professional and historical SolePath resources support practitioners, students, and those working more deeply with the system.

Debra is also a longtime teacher of the Tao. Her Living the Tao books bring Taoist wisdom into ordinary life, including daily rhythm, parenting, relationships, and personal growth.

Across all of her work runs the same invitation:

See what’s good about being you.

Make the most of who you are.

Make choices that fit who you are.
